Pooja has deep knowledge of all local area listings. She is able to match a customer's needs with the right real estate property. She has good negotiation and persuasion skills. She is great at building relations and is able to think beyond a particular transaction. She is very responsive and is able to turnaround with up to date information very quickly. This helps in completing a sale and securing the property which can get very time sensitive.I would recommend Pooja to anyone looking for a good real estate property for living, renting or as an investment property.Parag

We recently purchased a home from Pooja and she was terrific! Pooja was knowledgeable and informative about the area and helped us look at different neighborhoods and weigh the benefits of them. This was extremely helpful and comforting being that we moved from out of state and weren’t familiar with all the great neighborhoods. She was patient throughout the entire process and guided us along the way. Pooja responded promptly to any and all questions and I would highly recommend working with her.

Pooja was truly amazing to work with!! Her knowledge not only about the local area but also as a seasoned investor proved to be extremely valuable. Our goal was to find a good investment first and great home second and she over delivered on both of those. I would recommend Pooja to any buyer (local, out of state, corporate relocation, investor, new construction, etc). She was very professional, punctual and thorough in all aspects of the closing contract/process. Having moved /buying several times and dealing with multiple agents, I can objectively say that Pooja is a fantastic agent. We couldn't have been happier with her service :)

We have worked with many realtors over a last decade but we must say, we haven't met anyone like Mrs. Pooja Mehta. Pooja, helped us sold our last home in Mason, Ohio. In a realtor, you expect that individual to be full of personality, confident, and very aggressive. In addition to all these qualities, Pooja is also very caring, very supportive, very reliable and top it off very humble. She set's clear expectations and guides her clients for their best interests. As a selling agent she just doesn't help you stage the house but also helps you with pack and clean ups - She assist the home owners at every step of the way and that is what makes are so unique. I would highly recommend you to pick her as your Selling or Buying agent.

How glad are we that we had Pooja as our realtor when we decided to buy our first home. As a first time home-buyers, in a market as hot as Mason; her expertise were immensely helpful and we were able to close on a house within 1.5 months. Pooja has always understood all ifs and buts of us. She explained our queries/doubts and always received quick response from her. She always highlighted the pros and cons of property and never put pressure towards a certain decisions.Thank You so much Pooja if it would have someone else I am in doubt my home finalization will be completed in this timeframe.
